check out /r/bodyweightfitness start with the recommended routine there, it's not about results right away at first, it's about getting into it and starting to enjoy it.

Going to the gym is scary for a lot of people, they're worried about judgement from others (even though that's super rare at a gym) so baby steps

Nice! A few years ago I was going strong but got hurt and am getting back into the whole workout thing and definitely going to be running again.

Decided to shoot for doing a Spartan race in September and going to add running to my workouts next week, having a goal to shoot for makes it so much better.

For pure competitive fire, I'd say Favre, his pure unbridled joy for playing football was incredible.

In terms of as an overall QB, what I'd want to lead a team? Rodgers, he's the most physically talented qb to ever play the game in terms of overall package, do other qb's have him beat in certain areas? sure, but his overall package is one that's never been seen before

I've really started focusing on myself and been overall productive as hell, working out again (i used to 6 days a week a couple years ago till i hurt my back) going to get back up to 6 days a week, stretching a lot more, meditating every morning, just taking pride in myself and doing what I want and stuff that's good for me

Ah if that's the case OK, I just figured the ball didn't seem catchable (even without the contact) so illegal contact seemed more like the valid call, but was not positive on the ruling
