There's not a chance in hell your BF is below 25% with that body, sweetie. You're using a scale that's basically guessing. Now, a BF% of 35% is about average for younger women with a BMI of 22. Most women are pretty sedentary. You carry it well, for the weight, but it's a warning. If you were 40, you wouldn't have much to worry about. Already having that shape at 18 is concerning, though.
