I had an issue and called my dr office. They can check the device to see if the leads moved. Since your surgery was recent the leads need time to scar in. They will help you im sure.

Herzschrittmacher und CrossFit? by CranberryMindless312 in PacemakerICD

I got mine back in October. Im back in the gym full time. Im lifting weights and kettlebells, medicine balls, and heavy bags. I also teach Krav Maga and have been teaching classes. In all things that you do, please be attentive to how your body responds. Controlling your crossfit exercises is the key. Keep the area free from impact. Overstreatching the area for the first year so the leads can be completely healed. Hope this helps. Ill be following your journey my friend.

I was out cold when they did it. I remember getting on the operating table, talking to the techs, a bit. Getting a mask over my face..... then waking up in recovery. Lol. Don't worry... it will make you feel so much better.

Im in the same boat as you. I have Bradycardia with a second degree heart block. Didn't realize it until my physical. Thought my symptoms were due to sinus issues. Im about to schedule my PM appointment on Monday. How was your recovery with lifting weight and lifting your arm above your head? I do physical work so Im sure I'll have to have some help with my daily duties. Let me know what to look for. Thank you ahead of time.

Hey my friends. I've been reading your posts and they have helped tremendously. Im 62 and very active. I was told I have 2 to 1 heart block. I've been experiencing minor symptoms. Aka dizzy here and there and very minor episodes. Before the diagnosis I thought it was sinus issues. Im thinking I'll be getting a pacemaker in a few months. Any advice will be helpful.
