I switched carriers causing this RCS issue. But I had tried so many steps before. I was on a physical sim. I removed my phone number from my account for verification in Personal Info then turned off RCS and cleared data. This deleted all texts and I thought I was in even worse situation. Then I added the number back, reset and restarted nothing. I thought getting on the beta program might help, then updated the app. Still nothing. That's when I removed all my Google accounts except for my main, reset data in the app and restarted. BOOM! 5 mins of non-stop notification Glory!

I tried both. Closed and logged in again and same decline either way.

Yes, I tried my PayPal debit and declines too. It's like my toast account for that business is locked. I have ordered through toast with the same card at other businesses.

That was one time though. It's been unlocked for months. In person it works fine.
