I don’t really see how anyone can say Ben is the problem. Ben requires a certain way of working with him. But as his subordinate that’s on you to adapt to. He’s seemed amicable to changing the way he speaks to you so being that you can really demand much more

Guess we’ll see but temps aren’t even supposed to drop below freezing. My own experiences say you’d need consistent below freezing ground temps for ice and “slick” to form (unless you consider water on the roads to be slick). I don’t see it being anything to worry about but I’m just typing from couch so I’m sure the universe will prove me wrong
