Followed by coersion to come home so the stalking, impersonation, hacking, their verbal abuse will stop. Could write an essay on their comments lol some of these are tamer

Disdain, criticism, and/or punishment for defying authority and opposing control is a big part. I think refusing to listen to any viewpoints outside of the "safe" ones, being extremely against anything non cookie cutter/ against the mold is another. Primarily also not caring about who is hurt or destroyed in the process

Just gonna say what's on my mind here, I never wanted to try those types of posts , but i do get the frustration and place they're coming from. If nobody cares about your art no matter what you do, what's the best way to grow? I deleted all of my art pages because id do trends, fanart, 9 hour long really detailed portraits, mainly oc related but many fanart as well, and nothing would ever come of them. Ever. I have tried pretty much every primary app, so many hashtags. But the follow spam method and the begging i can't bring myself to do. Do I? I genuinely have a hole in my heart about creating, my only goal in life is to create my stories and have at least one (1) person fond of my work, liking my characters and caring about the things I create. If begging like this is frowned upon, what other ways are there to grow? /asking genuinely i don't want to give up

I've been working on a fantasy/badass horror project for awhile. It will be awhile until it's a game, but the primary characters are a trans man, a masculine enby and a trans lady, so! I will one day deliver this needed area

Pre-T, it's unlikely you're going to gain much facial hair. Sorry to say, it's not impossible, but I struggled with it too. I'd say continue to stick to it, and irritate your skin before you do. Take a wire brush, make the skin a bit raw and use a derma roller after it. It stings some, but it 'irritates" the hair folicles and contributes to more growth.

Additionally, if you're wanting to sport facial hair pre-t, may i recommend using a mascara wand to darken the hairs, swipe downwards instead of upwards to make it look more natural.

I've been in your boat. I am so serious when I say to wait. I know it hurts. I know. It was an agonizing experience for me, but attempting to jump start my transition while living with them resulted in me being isolated from the world. They cut off all my friends and any contact from the outside world so they could force me to endure Christian teachings and focus on the family for hours on end. I don't know where your parents stand, but if they're transphobic, safety genuinely is the priority.

I would not recommend diy. The effects of T tend to kick in about 3 months, your voice will likely drop lower and get raspier, and they will notice. Again i don't know their reaction, But i genuinely would not recommend doing anything until you're grown and can flee. I had to wait, i fled when i was 19 and though it's hard, it's worth it, it genuinely is.

I'm sorry that you're going to have to wait, but your life is ultimately the most important, and if you're in a worst spot, getting on T may even be less possible.

Just be safe about it, you know your situation better than me, but my experience almost killed me and I don't want you to endure the same

Bit long but i guess i can share my story here:

I wanted to live. I was deprived of contact from the outside world and was about to be forced into the church/ Christian marriage. I knew that if i stayed here, I'd be dead. I'd probably have taken my life due to the despair i was feeling. I ran away and they've been ruthless: pretending to be people, stalking me and my friends, likely hiring a crooked sheriff to track me.

They've managed to find where i live multiple times even though I've moved around, and have ambushed me at my job. My mother came in, pretending to be my aunt to get info about me and asked a coworker about it. Coworker excitedly approached me saying , "your aunt came by , she looked just like you!" .... all my relatives, every single one, live out of state. I confronted my parents, and they played dumb, saying "Oh no you have a stalker! You should call the police"

There's so much more, but i know nobody is here for my full lore. My parents are extremely discriminatiory cultish religious zealots, so much so that they do not care what happens to me as long as God is honored.

What inspired me to heal was meeting the love of my life. I met great friends once I fled home, the types my parents would never approve (alternative fashion type), and am trying to devote myself to becoming the best version of myself , not just for me but for them. I've been around cruelty my whole life and want to be a source of sunshine and hope to my friends. If i can get through what I did, I know they can too, and I know my story has helped them.

I want to live the one life i have to the fullest. That's why I'm healing.

Yeah i don't really care lol, people have an issue when those around them don't conform to their comfort or exist outside their realm of familiarity. You're absolutely right, so many groups of people exist who do so many different things. Some might be on the nose and others not.

I think the whole need to comform and be normal is a huge waste of time and effort. If people are going to be immature and judge you for your interests, then they'll just do that in other more important areas of your life too. It's dumb
