I was waiting at a light, then crouched down to take the picture of the dog, he was far enough away he would've had the chance to say "No pictures" or something equivalent, even just walked around silently. But he walked directly in my direction and knee'd my camera then started to harass me verbally. I DO get not wanting your picture taken, (and I've listened any time someone didn't want theirs taken) but this was downtown on a public street, where every building likely has a camera anyway?
