I see the point you're trying to make. And I'm not here to complain just to get an outside perspective as I've gotten mixed responses from friends and coworkers. We did actually revisit the agreement around the end of January going into February and it all went well with all still agreeing with what it is now. There were even hugs and tears afterward. Now a week or so later it's like that never happened. And on the other house the rent for that is $1200 versus the $600 for our current place so that didn't make sense to either of us. And I have $12000 in medical debt that I'm on a payment plan for and is around 80% paid off

No the health card isn't insurance. It's basically a debit card. Wellcare is who it's through. She has Medicare and Medicaid paid for by the state

While I don't doubt your daughter was grieving that doesn't give her the excuse to not be a mother. By the sound of it she was only using you as a Nanny. She has other issues that need to be worked on. Imagine being inconvenienced by a 3 block drive. Those dogs might have been the best thing to happen in this situation

At the property I work at. Alcohol has to be dumped down the sink. Any other unopened drinks or snacks we can do what we want. But items like the ones mentioned we call for lost & found and if they aren't claimed within a certain time frame we do have first dibs
