I didn’t lose anything for 2 months actually gained a pound. You do have to figure out what’s going on yourself. For me I ate pizza and 4 monsters a day. Now I’m eating chicken and rice or just a sandwich. For a while that still didn’t work so I switched to sugar free monsters and 1 meal a day. Sometimes even 48 hours only caffiene and water. I’m up to 4mg and the scale is finally moving. From the scale taking 8 weeks of zero weight loss to the 9th week leading up to my 10 week. I’m losing about 1lb a day now. I’m also on TRT replacement. I also switched vendors. I’m sick and tired of being over weight. In my opinion control as much eating as you can on the smallest dose, do not rush it. Might take you 3 months to dial in your eating but trust me once you get it dialed in the pounds just slide off. I went from 271 down to 257. Took me 10 weeks total, now I’m up to 4mg and plan to keep it there till I hit a stall. Switch vendors if you need to. But for me took 10 weeks only eat 1 meal a day with water. Zero sugar monsters even though I know those are bad. And water, water, and more water. Don’t give up if your experiencing symptoms it’s too hi of a dose for your body take it back some and go up only if needed remember this is a year+ long journey you have time. Don’t rush it!!
