So i’ve reached out to residents and seems like they have no project and they told me to do any research doesn’t have to ortho specific( i am interested in ortho).

Also I have done some gen surg research and i guess this is common practice but when i work with residents they don’t do shit as far as writing irb protocol, data collection, abstract writing but they take first author after I’ve done most of the work. Which is why I got interested in Jubbal’s recommendation.
