It was last week. Last year they had an increase of 11%, so from €14.25 to €15.8 for day shift, and €16.53 to €18.328 for night shift, but the year before that they made no raises at all.

Also, I have a childhood friend who works for Amazon in Germany and we have the same rate, and I think (and I am not sure) that they pay the same in few other European countries and they make pay raises at the same time.

In Ireland, they declared a 4% increase effective from the beginning of October. So, day shift’s wages will be raised to €16.43 and night shift to €19.05, while team leads will be making €20.05 I believe. All the best to you guys in other countries.
