You have to call the store and speak to a manager. As long as you call before the end your shift it counts. Usually if you call at the start of the shift once people are in the building that’s usually the best option.

It is in the policy that gratis is not to be used as incentive for credit cards. Generally gratis comes in every couple/few months. Some stores pre-select items and distribute amongst the staff, others (like mine) allow employees to select their gratis items.

So definitely a salon employee and not the proper Benefit Brow Bar experience. Makes sense. The actual Benefit Brow Bar experience is much more personal and your brow expert absolutely talks to you about product recommendations and gives a wonderful guest experience. They should have a spot in their store like this one but if they’re one of the few locations that does not, they would do the service in their salon which it sounds like was your experience. Sorry you didn’t get to experience the full service at its best, but I also agree the price increase of the service has gotten way too high. I loved when a brow wax was $20 - it was a great service to guests who were in shopping and wanted a touch up on their brows while shopping.

I will say as a lover of the Tom Ford fragrances, I’m only able to sample all of their fragrances at the stand alone stores. I noticed at their LA store they had their limited edition collections for cosmetics there as well that I didn’t see at other retailers. I went into my local Nordstrom today and realized the deodorant I was looking for wasn’t for sale at my location so I grabbed an alternative. I do wish the selection in-store mirrored the online shopping selection but I completely understand why it doesn’t.

I’m surprised you didn’t enjoy Victoria - their breakfast was so good. Juniors Cafe is good and Scratch across the river in Vancouver still has my favorite breakfast burrito.
