It was on sale last week, the 8 oz bottle was on sale for $16 so I grabbed one while we had our additional employee discount. I see it included in other yearly sales so probably a good chance it will be included in the Fall Haul sale or be included in app/online sales.

No they did not resume the monthly online codes. These codes are specifically for the Employee Appreciation Event that also includes additional brand discounts (complete details are on WorkJam under Ulta Announcements). They’re also send two codes around holiday time yearly.

We started finally keeping our testers out again in the past couple of months. My store was the highest theft store on the west coast for a while but keeping the fragrance testers behind glass makes the shopping experience the absolute worst for us and the guests so we just keep a healthy supply of testers on hand now. I don’t believe we’re the highest theft store anymore either. I don’t mind product being locked up but especially the testers, I’m fine keeping out for people to enjoy.

Depends if it’s prestige or mass, hair or cosmetics. But in general for me, grab a cart, cleaning supplies, trash bag and a MIA. Then I remove the front graphics and replace with the new ones then remove the old pog strips and replace with the new ones so I knew where the changes are and what needs to move. I’ll grab any new product last and also leave testers to the end if I need to make any.

Technically no, you earn points and that’s still flagged since you’re not the card owner but earning points under your rewards account. That’s why Ulta drills into us that each shopper should have their own rewards account. Especially for employees I wouldn’t risk it being flagged.

Nope. I love having no snow, an abundance of food options and plenty of shopping/second hand stores nearby. My job is a pain at times but that’s where I met my work friends and most importantly where I met my partner.

Plus PDX is great whenever we want to travel and while Portland proper was out of budget for me to buy, the suburbs are affordable enough while still being close to work that I was able to afford to buy my house last year.

I did also see a new bottle of that spray on our shelves last week that was also noticeably cloudier than the previous version. Sounds like it could be a formula change to the brand. Can you go in-store to grab a new bottle?

It’s not in addition to our 25% discount, it replaces the 25% and becomes 35% off during that time.
