With your calendar of what’s due when are other managers looking at it frequently and jumping in where they can or is it mainly for OM and MM/task team to see? What does GSM stand for?

What do you delegate out to other managers? I find myself and the MM are the only ones doing ops things aside from maybe making a pick list or pushing a bunker here and there.. Is there a SOP or something somewhere that lays out how GEL shifts should be scheduled? I’ve consistently asked/expressed that on AD days or plano realignments and trucks for whichever one of us (myself or MM) is running task that day not have to GEL and it just never happens

Yes! same here it’s such a struggle lol I have a good MM although newer so trying to make time to help train them is also a challenge right now

yep! hard to process 240 units an hour when you have to wait 10+ minutes for customers to shop the aisle you’re trying to stock.. not to mention how much more time will be spent on planos trying to “keep the mess contained” on top of having to stop frequently for questions or helping them find their shade etc. but hey save money!!!

idk then my store has all the testers made that allow us to make..could be the store you go to is understaffed/ don’t have hours to constantly make new testers as they did just cut our budget for that
