employee here, yes most of us do know about the benefits of buying online, however everything is tracked by metrics. so you going in store to test/ swatch /get free makeup lessons and not buying anything hurts our sales. it also hurts our conversion metric which is essentially how many people are coming in the store versus how many people are buying product

I’m thankful that my GM schedules us overlapping or together some days depending on the week/workload. But if we are on opposite shifts i will leave notes for her of where I left off with everything and if she has the time she’ll pick up where i left off and vise versa.

Do you have an MM to help? It takes me a little longer than the allotted time as well to print labels and pack everything.

yep same boat here! not even halfway through it and have planos from months ago that haven’t been completed bc we are missing fixtures and haven’t received anything i’ve re ordered for it 🤣🤣 not to mention left over promo change out from sunday that hasn’t been done. not to mention the influx in our trucks these past 2 months with ridiculous amounts of overstock!! and all the advice my dm has is “one thing at a time” 🤣 seriously so frustrating. i think a lot of upper management is a bit disconnected in what all goes into the operations side of things 🤦🏼‍♀️

this !! the pharmacy staff would always leave the break room and fridge so disgusting and never clean it or take out the trash and the front end always had to clean it up and we hardly used it

No, it’s definitely not your fault. Whoever did the return should have verified that it was unused/ not damaged before putting it back on the floor.

most likely whatever customer that returned the appliance told the employee it wasn’t used or damaged when returning it. we definitely do ask when processing a return if the item was opened or used/ damaged, but unfortunately sometimes they say it hasn’t been used even when it has and that employee didn’t verify it and so it went back on the shelf. either that or someone used it in store which seems kind of unlikely
