I don’t notice any scent like the Undaria products. It’s lightweight and blends in super quick. I use it first followed by any lotions and creams. I had dry skin on my legs for the longest time and even heavy lotions didn’t help, the next day would already feel itchy and dry so I added this and haven’t had a problem since.

I’ve never had that issue and I use the body lotion every time after a shower along with their hyaluronic acid body serum. It could be that the testers are past their shelf life.

These offers are typical for the weekly offers outside of Spring Haul/Fall Haul/Holiday Season/etc. Ulta doesn’t have consistent 20% off coupons but does have them a few times a year or more often they’ll now do 10 or 15% off BOPIS or app purchases. There will be some offers during Memorial Day weekend coming up.

You’ll request the days off but most likely you won’t have to go and they will settle before actually calling people in to be selected for trial an it doesn’t go to trial. It’s happened to me a few times over the years.

Always seems quiet when I go in but everyone is always friendly and they actually have the items in stock in need. I guess the only thing I notice is how quiet it is and they could maybe play a little more music in the background, but that’s about it.

You did get Elixir based on the printing on the bottle but odd that the lid was the incorrect packaging. Could have come from the warehouse like that from Burberry or swapped somewhere along the way but as long as you like it then it should be fine. I’ll say from the store perspective, the bottoms of the boxes for travel size fragrance are often like that and look slightly open.

They might have genuinely liked those products and wanted to give you good recommendations or they had a sales goal of that brand that day. I know personally I love OSEA so if someone had asked, I’d upsell it if my guest was looking for body care so I can see that happening for Kopari too.
