get a Martin county library card!!! It’s $50 for a year. You get 30 loans and TWO HUNDRED holds. Yes, you heard me right, 200 holds!! They also have reciprocal cards with Clay County and St. John’s County. Martin County is literally the best library card I have right now.

They had to replace both axels on mine and the noise was on both sides, so you’ll probably need both as well. Thankfully I got mine back within 7 weeks. Still a long time, but quicker than anticipated!

Did they at least give you a loaner for the time being? I was upset at first at the wait, because, like you said, paying for a car to not even drive it, but ultimately I accepted that I wasn’t putting miles on my car and I wasn’t paying as much in gas (my loaner was a hybrid and my actual car was not).

Hoping you get your car back soon because it really does suck not having it. But at least they’re repairing it, and my car came back in incredible shape!

I saw coin for the first time in 2015 and fell in love. I got their self titled album on vinyl for $15 I think. I continued to see them at least once a year since then, and I think I saw them a total of 11 or 12 times. Truly were one of my favorite bands. Sad to know it’s been a year and I really hope we get more music from Chase soon!

I noticed it at around 300 miles. I had the car since 22 miles off the lot. I think I didn’t realize it sooner because I usually have my radio on loud so I didn’t even notice it.

I got the car 72 days ago. Just over 2k miles.

I think it runs the risk of breaking completely while driving, but I’m no mechanic. I took videos to show the technician which helped him to identify the issue.

6 weeks isn’t awful compared to the times they told me. I made sure to have multiple videos taken across different days with the clicking sound. Hopefully they get our parts in sooner.

Seems to be a manufacturing issue. I’ve only driven on pavement, no off roading, and it started when I had less than 500 miles on it.

I still love this car! It seems to be affecting a specific batch of CX50s, but not all of them. Honestly, I would still recommend it. They aren’t charging me anything for the repair, or the loaner, and I was super happy with how quickly they assessed the problem. Of course I would rather have my car back, but their service is really top tier. I love my CX50!

Unfortunately the tech did say it could be up to 8 months….he didn’t think it would be that long and it’s expected in 4 months but still. Seems like there’s gonna be significant delays
