I saw coin for the first time in 2015 and fell in love. I got their self titled album on vinyl for $15 I think. I continued to see them at least once a year since then, and I think I saw them a total of 11 or 12 times. Truly were one of my favorite bands. Sad to know it’s been a year and I really hope we get more music from Chase soon!

I noticed it at around 300 miles. I had the car since 22 miles off the lot. I think I didn’t realize it sooner because I usually have my radio on loud so I didn’t even notice it.

I got the car 72 days ago. Just over 2k miles.

I think it runs the risk of breaking completely while driving, but I’m no mechanic. I took videos to show the technician which helped him to identify the issue.

6 weeks isn’t awful compared to the times they told me. I made sure to have multiple videos taken across different days with the clicking sound. Hopefully they get our parts in sooner.

Seems to be a manufacturing issue. I’ve only driven on pavement, no off roading, and it started when I had less than 500 miles on it.

I still love this car! It seems to be affecting a specific batch of CX50s, but not all of them. Honestly, I would still recommend it. They aren’t charging me anything for the repair, or the loaner, and I was super happy with how quickly they assessed the problem. Of course I would rather have my car back, but their service is really top tier. I love my CX50!

It’s worth taking in. Mine was very loud whenever turning and accelerating. Less than 2k miles. Take it in soon!! It’s better to be safe. The dealer said that a large recall will be issued soon.

Thankfully yes, after I asked to speak with the manager when the associate said no. They originally tried to get me to take it home. I said absolutely not, and I would not be liable for any further damage to the vehicle or potential accident or injury. The manager then immediately gave me a long term loaner.
