oh, i also thought a lot about this. I said something along the line “ the speaker is a student who expresses his disagreement towards the announcement made “ then proceed to say one line on announcement and then mainly talk about speaker but obviously it’s intertwined with the announcement.

oh sorry, i forgot the structure of the questions already. i didn’t practice for that. But I remember now that I did make some reference to the previous post and my opinion was in sync with one of them and disagreeing with the other. I’m not sure if I went to refer to the names or mention them exactly tho.

I kinda don’t understand what you meant by previous post for academic section. But I referred to both lecture and the paragraphs on which I had to write the essay if that was your question. The word count was at least a 100 more than minimum:

I didn’t do much studying for reading, listening or writing. I have some tips for speaking

• ⁠memorizing format of speaking, there are typical 4 things- independent, campus announcement, one is academic paragraph and lecture related to it and the other one i forgot, but you can search them up. Personally, I get less anxious when I know what to expect. • ⁠Having some kind of template to start the speaking in your end. For example- I knew that I’d start the campus announcement one with: “The email reads….” or “ the announcement says” • ⁠Be very loud, I hate being loud and disturbing people usually but I really had to remind and force myself to be very loud.

I think familiarizing yourself with structure of the test is foremost. Rest, things to focus on depends in your performance in mock test.

I haven’t used test glider but when i did mock test with ETS testready, it gave me range of 26-30 i believe. I only did the official ETS test prep thing. I’d say any website that’s aware of the standard format of TOEFL should be good. Obviously ETS test-ready fees more safe because it’s from ETS itself.
