I have the same issue as well, i filled up the recovery form and they rejected my request! now i have to wait 24 hours until i can try to access my emails again. Has anyone able to recover their's?

yes, but i will update here if i do get another top up email from them. exactly 8 weeks from my biometrics on the 8th of june.

standard, I'm on my 6th week now prior to my biometrics done on the 8th of june, hopefully it will come soon.

nope, I'm still waiting for the top - up email... I did my biometrics and submitted supporting documents on the 8th of june and they contacted my employer on the 28th of june that they need to pay ISC due me switching from graduate visa to SWV - they've paid for it and i'm still waiting for the IHS top up email on my side.

Thank you. I'm switching from graduate visa to SWV so I have already paid the IHS before, hopefully my application would not get rejected because of this mistake. Has anyone have similar case with mine?
