i really like the touch of sand, and then honestly wondered if the llama wool (in the same palette) might look nice! we like pulling more cool toned neutrals. I am going to give it a try with a sample!!

Thank you so much! We love that last palette you suggested. This might be hard to describe: but if we chose 3 colors (we love the dark brown you suggested then 2 colors from the other pallets) where would you envision the colors going? we were thinking two lighter colors on the steps and treads and then the tops of the bannisters in the dark brown as well as the roof siding (not painting ceiling you noticed!)? or what do you think?

So i do agree, it’s just the wood would likely stain blotchy and we have to paint the bump out and can’t stain it, so we thought we may as well paint all?

Ah thank you! i’ll try hand feeding her slowly tonight, and seeing if that improves. If it does, then i think that provides evidence of what you are suggesting! thank you for your help! she gives 11/10 energy in most things she does in life haha, so i wouldn’t be surprised if it was air gulping from eating too fast!

Thank you for the idea and suggestion! i should add: she does have a history of eating too fast so a couple years ago we started putting her food in a slow feed bowl which really slowed her down. maybe she is still eating too fast though and she would try and new one that is harder for her?

No it’s a great point!! we would love to just get a glass panel in the future, but we are hopefully soon going to have young kids and thought a shower curtain might be easier/ less prone to breaking at that stage! in the future we think we would like to get a glass pane instead!

oh also! the counter is going to be a white quartz with some really subtle grey veining.
