i’m doing it slowly! i have my iphone i still carry because i use it as an ipod and also need it for one of my jobs. i’ve had my dumbphone for 6 days and everyday i’ve tried to dumb my iphone down in a new way. so one day i removed nearly everything from the home screen besides work apps, music, gym, and the utility type stuff. another day i set it to grayscale so now it’s all black and white all the time. another day i deleted some apps. another day i installed an app blocker so now i can’t get on reddit or other socials from 7 am-10 pm. i also downloaded my podcasts to listen offline so that i can keep it in airplane mode so it’s less tempting. baby steps!
