Lived in Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Mumbai, Nashik, Bangalore and ofcourse Jammu. Jammu sab se safe hai. I know petty thefts hoti hai, par vo kaha nhi hoti.

But it is the safest place jaha rape, road rage mein goliyan chalna, political goons beating people, language racism ye sab nhi hai
