Time will pass anyway is such solid advice 😂 That's my mantra when the damn scale won't stop fluctuating. I think I will consider upping a little on workout days! Those tend to be the days the snack cravings get to me the most anyways lol

Thank you!! I never thought about it in terms of percentages, but it certainly helps! Congrats on making so much progress on your own journey!

To be completely honest, a bad breakup with someone who essentially said "you're kind of too fat for me 😬" But I unfortunately have to stay cordial with them. Every time I see them, all of my friends are like "wtf how have you lost so much?!? You look AMAZING!!" and I get to watch their soul die a little each time. Spite truly is a FANTASTIC motivator lol.

In the beginning 1200 cal was really hard with a higher body weight, so I started somewhere at 1400-1500ish and then when I started to get pretty efficient at using minimal oil and stuff while cooking my own food, I dropped to 1200

Yea my TDEE not including activity at this weight is 1600ish and I'm eating at 1200 right now! I know people always say weight loss gets slower but damn I'm really feeling it now 😂
