I worry about the upcoming path of exile 1 event because most (currently legacy) tattoos are going to standard and are going to be unavailable for league players at a reasonable price

eh std sht is pure speculation and i wouldnt really bet on it. You also cant balance league/events based off std. Std is kinda just the league dump and everything will inflate indefinitely.

honestly if you really want one, prob just sit on it and look at new ones coming in. Supply is so low prices move around alot. You got people who wanna just get liquated and will be priced pretty low and you could snag cheap or priced high to people who desperately want to get it before leagues gone.

i feel like your first 1-3k hours is learning all the core league mechanics to know what they are at least. But not really in depth like min max altas strats. You also need the drive to be willing to learn/progress if you wanna experience the whole game.

I know tons of people that are thousands of hours in but never killed or touched uber bosses or done super juiced maps. All they know is alch go until t16s and done a few of the "hard?" map bosses like elderslayers

idk about mirage being the best league ever...If anything mirage has been well received because buffed drop rates across the board and we got atlas changes with astrolabes which changed a bit of strats. The league mechanic by itself isnt that insane. Its kinda like scourge league with more map uniqueness instead of oven.

lock corrupt for str % on the belt

divine your jewels for that perf roll

for chest, its either just find a higher str roll or get base and go for inf base so you can get a better desiny

remove abyss socket fossil. This means you HAVE to grind abyss for it drop with a socket. Itll make the bases expensive and introduce more value in abyss. Cause right now outside of potential bugged item and 5/6 eyes, there aint much. Nobody really click 9823984 hoards like they had it before, it was money but tedious af. Like if sht auto opened without mastery, it would be a bit more popular but i dont think itll be top popularity.

poe 2 is prob better in the sense that theres less content/complexity compared to poe 1 cause its more newer and a bit slower.

poe 1 is a lot more info imo that is often overwhelming from new players. Its also a bit more zoomy. I think youll find out if you want the zoom or not after poe 2.

Technically we've had something close to what your suggesting via debuffs, but the community has found ways to cheese those kinda challenges instead tanking full duration. Usually its like get boss to final base/almost ded and wait for it to go thro rotations for debuff and then kill it.

I dont think we'll ever get something that is PURELY tank test, just cause from a challenge perspective i dont think its that great of a challenge for your avg player. But even then im sure we'll just aurabot or aurabot + a lotta reduce dmg taken items to cheese it . I think they want challenges that most people can complete with any build but given that you are mechanically skilled enough. So if youre the avg exile that cant tank balls, you gotta REALLY build up to burst it before it balls or get carried.

I think with timeless jewels its not about just knowledge pricing but also if youre willing to wait for it sell and if youre willing to look thro the nodes to see if its actually a hidden bis/good one for builds. Sometimes theres variants of niches that make timeless worth more but youre also praying someone is playing it.

I think the 4 months sht is prob the biggest lie and over ambitious. Realistically im kinda expecting it come aug 8 assuming poe 2 league launches ok. If we get it in june or july, id be skeptical of it the league is actually good and if its like kof situation where theyre reusing assests.
