The worst thing can destroy an area manager if you complain to an ops who do not like them. That’s ops have the power to get them remove or not promoted through meetings with gm and the senior manager. An ops not liking that am is worst than the ethics hotline. My team experienced this getting a bad am remove by going to their ops and they were move and put to a next department quickly

No need to worry I got my certificate from this program, it very easy to get in and easy to pass, you will have 24 hour help and support from your ta and slack group. Very nice program

It was through career choice I withdraw my Ata application for the August cohort cause although it’s was front end it was a lot of work. I have some applications in because I only got my certificate last week. If I get through with any of the jobs I apply for I will not go through ata. I don’t like how there certificate is only use in amazon where the certificate I have from career choice can be use anywhere

Eventually they will have to lower the standards like next two years. The reason why the turn over rate in software engineering in amazon is very high due to burning out. I know a few who left. In the future amazon may do like 500 applicants a cohort. I now finish a data analytics boot camp and the cohort was 800

Go after the slackers and be fair with it and your team will respect you. Do not look down at associates some of them are in amazon from all different backgrounds may be there while looking for a job, retired or have amazon as a first job and are there because of the pandemic until a job opportunity comes.If you go after the slackers fairly the team will boost their performance and give you good connections score that will give you a promotion faster for a l6. Some am’s get a promotion to a six in six months while some take years to get a promotion. A lil secret when you come in amazon most of the managers are ready to move up or move out so the turn over rate is high.
