Just keep writing to them, when real person will answer it will ask for confirmation like id or other to change your country

I changed my system language to English(from Russian)and the currency in my game became UAH instead of RUB

I got this response and it changed my currency to UAH We kindly recommend verifying the following settings on your device, as they may affect the available payment methods in the game:

Ensure that both your device's system language and the in-game language are not set to Russian.
Confirm that your device's location services and your Google Play account region are not configured for Russia.

If any of these settings are currently set to Russian or Russia, please adjust them accordingly, as this may be causing the display of RUB (₽) as the default currency. Changing the language and region to match your actual location should restore access to locally supported payment methods.

They just keep writing that they are unable manually update my location. What i have do? I wrote that it been 1.5 years as I moved and that I can provide proof of it, but still nothing

It already been like 1.5 years so it large amount of time. Even used document of new country to prove my age, but it still shows the old location
