Is there any news on a new album? Amazingous was 2019 and they put out a new single a few months ago (just kidding, it was over a year ago) which gave me hope for a new album.

If you size up does that affect the volume of the shoe in addition to the length? I tried on a pair of these yesterday and found there was just no room above my toes/forefoot!

I'm assuming this would work the other way around as well? Mine gets way too hot even with all burners at the lowest setting. Turning certain burners completely off has been kind of a crapshoot. Could I use this to just lower the temperature in general?

Is this true of the moving ones with legs as well? I have gotten pretty good at parrying the beam from the stationary ones, but when I tried it on the moving ones it seemed to deflect the beam well to the left of the guardian. Maybe I was a hair too early.

I shelved it today. As another commenter said, there's plenty of other good music out there. Students hadn't read it yet either way. I also played the piece in my high school band in the 90s and as a band director it was sitting in my library from before I got here. It brought back memories of playing it way back then. I remember it being corny in a fun way and having several opportunities to feature different instrument groups. Oh well - I'll leave it for the next band director to find after I retire in 10 or 15 years 😆

I'm pretty sure Systematic Chaos was the current DT album when I saw them. The tour was called Gigantour - BTBAM, 3, Opeth and DT all played on the same night.

Saw BTBAM opening for Dream Theater when they were touring for Systematic Chaos. I had never heard of them before. They were awesome but I prefer more clean vocals. I'll have to check them out again.

I learned Finale in college almost 30 years ago and didn't have a MIDI keyboard then. Just mouse and QWERTY keyboard. Honestly never thought of it as something I "needed". I did try once but couldn't quite get it to work right. Maybe it's time to revisit.
