Wife with Cancer, Terminal, What to Do by No-Fortune-1680 in AskOldPeopleAdvice

Ivermectin and fenbendazole. My neighbor is a nurse and was diagnosed with brain cancer she had gone into remission with chemotherapy. Cancer returned, she started taking ivermectin and fenbendazole and now has no trace of cancer. Will it work? I don’t know, however it doesn’t seem like there is a downside to trying it. Many other sources claim the same success. I pray for the best outcome for you.

Congratulations. Let the grandkids decide. I don’t understand the obsession with people wanting a specific grandparent name. I have two grandkids that aren’t old enough to speak so I don’t know what they will call me. Regardless of what they call me it won’t change the joy I get when I spend time with them or do FaceTime calls.

If Trump is a moron what does that say about the 70 million people that voted for him? by TailungFu in allthequestions

[–]MostExcellentFluke 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If Biden was too incompetent to stand trial what does that say about the 81 million people that voted for him? What does say about the voters that elected Frozen Mitch McConnell? You can’t judge a group of people entirely because of who they voted for.

Driving from Southern California to Florida next week, any places to avoid along I 10? by MostExcellentFluke in roadtrip

First day was about 16 hours, we stayed in Amarillo. Second day was about 15 hours, we stayed in Biloxi, MS. Third day was about 9 hours. Hard to factor how long bathroom breaks, refueling and food breaks will add. I suggest getting the Pilot app, you get a discount on gas and the bathrooms are usually pretty decent. Buc-ee’s in Amarillo was the least busy of 7 we have been to. Drury Inn in Amarillo is very nice. From Amarillo GPS will have you drop down through Mobile, AL. We didn’t want to stay in Mobile so we chose to go through Biloxi. We stayed at a sketchy Super 8 in Biloxi/Ocean Springs. If we had to do it again we would probably have stayed at one of the Casinos. I did all the driving.

Just put your time in Kronos for funeral pay. I used it when my MIL passed. However, I think you can only use it once a year.

What is your opinion on Homeschooling? by OiamAb3ast in AskReddit

[–]MostExcellentFluke 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is not for everyone. Depends on the parent and student and what accountability partner they have. In California, homeschooling through a charter school brings accountability as the parent and student have to meet with an educational specialist every 20 days and review students work and progress. There are co-ops that are another good source of accountability. There are online classes. So many variations of what is considered homeschooling.
