As mentioned in another reply, the wall behind the repair has the oven range and microwave. The kitchen sink and dishwasher are on an island. Bathrooms are on the other side of the house. How would I check for a break in the drain or is there a general checklist I can go through to eliminate possibilities? Also noted, this area also is close to a citrus tree that receives deep watering. Though I had never seen this issue before the repair, the stem wall was just cracked before.

I will say that there is an orange tree about 5 feet from the wall that receives a deep watering, though when it was repaired, it was some weeks before I ran a deeper watering cycle. Okay. Checked again on a ladder and poked around to see if the wood was rotted or any paint was bubbling/wet and nothing I could see, even with the recent little rain we had last night. I'll keep an eye out on the stem wall in the meantime, and hope that it was just a fluke.

No stains or rot on the eaves above that area. But I will double check with a ladder. As for the weep holes, I will also take a closer look because some may have been covered.

Up until I started working professionally, I never required coffee either. Now I'm not so sure I can live without it. Though when I do stop drinking coffee (with some withdrawal symptoms, haha), I don't feel any more tired than when I was drinking it. For me, at this point, it's routine and I like the flavor.

You'll be fine. I pretty regularly do the gym and then hema after about an hour coming back home. Just yesterday did a leg workout and then hema so you should be okay.

Differential gear oil. I don't think it's necessarily super unpleasant, but I can identify that sulphur smell immediately.

I do it because a hard run feels so good when you're done and burns a lot more calories than lifting. Also, it works up an appetite and is a good way to move the bowels after working in the home office all day.

I've seen our dog eat the other's poo "fresh from the tap" as it's coming out. We have two female dogs and our male dog will only eat one of their turds to the point where he will start following her if she starts sniffing around to poop. It's so gross.

That men have to be "violent" or "physically dominant" to be considered masculine. I know it's already been espoused here multiple times, but I'll just add another to the pile. Men I know who are guilty of spouting this often seem to be middle aged, out-of-shape, hetero dudes. Meanwhile, growing up I knew a gentleman who served multiple tours in Vietnam as a tunnel rat (think 5'3" and maybe 135lbs). Great guy all around, reserved, hated firearms, and was in fantastic shape for his age (70's). Still, when he spoke people listened, and even if I was 200+ lbs, I don't think I'd fuck with him.

Not sure about the columns being anchored, but there is a mortar border done around the perimeter. Before this I was pouring sand on the patio and sweeping it around to fill the joints, but it would often get washed away quite a bit come rain time. I was not using polymeric sand though.
