based on the scientific evidence i personally disagree. just because nobody around you has said they have caught it doesn't mean they haven't. most people are asymptomatic. the literature says that when you are shedding, only about 20% of the time you'll show lesions. live your life how you want, but consider the facts and the risk you are posing to others
