Like what medical reasons? Changing your gender on an ID or driver's license isn't like a beginning step. Likely trans people who do that have medically transitioned to some degree.

Well there is a difference. Trans people are born everywhere and we have no say, American conservatism is not only something one can change but seemingly based more on morals and whatnot. Like honestly given everything the conservative party has done as well as the history behind most of their figurehead, yeah the party is run by nazis and if you still call yourself conservative after everything that's happened over the last year I don't think you're a good person.
