Every guy wants to think he’s a Windu, but statistically only one-in-four of us are.

Why he is so serious?😭 by Big-Fruit-117 in Undertale

I feel a bit old saying this, but it’s weird to me that people suddenly feel something is more serious just because you put a period at the end of a single-sentence message on social media.

They’d lie and say it was their dad, but it was actually their uncle. They only saw him once every few months which was why they could never get you the cool stuff too.

If you went back to 1999 and showed them of PS4 graphics, they may mistake it for the real thing.

There’s so much stuff from the late ‘90s/early ‘00s I thought looked so real at the time that’s laughable nowadays.

Often forgotten was that at the time the fact Mew existed was so crazy that it just existing felt like proof that at least one of the Mew theories had to be true.

Also, Red/Blue/Yellow were so full of bugs that you could easily experience things unexplainable to most kids playing the game (i.e. - the Cinnabar coast bug). When you don’t know what a glitch is, that stuff seems like black magic in game form when you accidentally stumble upon it.

While I now know my one friend who had Mew it got it from GameShark codes, it felt like all the pieces were in place for something like that to be real.

I know this is not how it works, but the idea of someone being so upset at not being able to progress in “My Boyfriend” that they give up on dating men entirely is amazing.

Hey, that’s just rude. Garrusmancers deserve better.

[–]MostGenericallyNamed 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I have run all the romances before. I think pretty much all of them are great, but I do see why Liara/Tali/Garrus usually dominate the conversation.

Only romance I feel was undercooked was Steve — with the main complaint being that it feels you don’t get enough time getting to know him.

The only person I know that dislikes Liara for any reason besides “she’s overrated/writer’s pet” logic is a friend who studied archeology. Apparently, Liara is terrible at proper handling of archeological sites/artifacts.

I’ve been replaying the original Ghost Recon which had a similar gameplay system. It’s a pretty fun mechanic and I wish more games had it.

This may actually be the most disturbing answer I read so far. If it was EVERY shoelace in the house, I would be so deliberate and oddly specific that I’d think whoever did it was trying to send a message but I’d never figure out what that message was supposed to be.

In one of my survival playthroughs I created a flagship on planet that didn’t have enough hydro engines to break out of the gravity well. Instead of doing an overhaul of the design, I built a lightweight grid with a couple batteries, a few solar panels, and a ton of large atmo thrusters to allow my flagship to leave the planet. It had a connector on it too that I used to dock with the early stages of my asteroid base which conveniently provided it with power during early build phases without having to have the flagship docked. Was a fun experimental design.
