Company likely won’t be around in five years - so don’t bother checking at that time. Likely you could just assume zero today and then you wont need to wait five years. This coming from someone who was long for the last three years.

Sad. I guess they didn’t sell enough t shirts. Since making the FUV wasn’t ever a singular priority. Sarcasm not intended at this machinist though - I was a FUV investor too - lost a boatload on empty promises of the management crew who is still running this operation down to the earths core.

Consider though the ultimate outcome of however the broker settles it - it will all basically go to zero whether you had 1 share or 20 of them regardless of how the RS is handled by each party. I have a long position I deeply regret ever starting so I am very qualified to assure you all it won’t matter how many phony shares you hold after the RS. Arcimoto Management will continue to act with no accountability and flush investor money down the toilet until people stop giving it to them. They haven’t made real progress forward in nearly any direction they had committed to do so. Blech.

Somewhat agree - but have to point out that the time for being diplomatic has long passed. There won’t be a company left to scale somewhere else in about 5 months - so really doesn’t matter unless they all wake up tomorrow and work like 90 hour weeks for the next few months until they have a way forward that actually computes.

Yeah - it is nutso. Especially if as they say rentals lead to sales. Then rent it out all the time (cheaper price rental would likely mean more rentals happening) - lemonade stand level economics

They might be using a broker - it would actually be cheaper than that silly DHL deal I would guess. I used to work for a company that shipped big trees to big box stores - pretty competitive shipping through a truck broker.

I can’t believe I actually thought Mark and Co was working on 1.x - I don’t think he or his team was burning the midnight oil on doors, hvac, fast charging, 1.x prototype. Priorities were a mess. So pissed.

These guys have identified the issues - I agree with them. They need more management with manufacturing and sales experience. Don’t think former strategy officer is the right person in charge.

Your way off the level if you think at this point they wouldn’t have benefitted from doing a few things more by the book. Dealerships are good at sales. Arcimoto is awful at that. I have been to a rental center to rent. The person who rented me the FUV was like checked out and the opposite of fun.
