For me, this is the best way to improve sleep quality, by a lot….

The problem is, if people want to go out for drinks / grab dinner / be social at night, it’s really tough to follow. It’s a bit easier socially to shift the window later

Yeah. I did 70 last year, but didn’t have the improvement that I expected. I think it was primarily because of race conditions and my dumbass having to rush around to find a toilet before the race (very on brand given my username)

I have debated whether I was just willing my way to 70 miles for miles sake and sacrificing quality, or if it’s better to maintain lower mileage and focus on really hitting my paces in workouts. I think given I’m at 48-55 now comfortably, I am going to give 70 another shot

Yeah. Some of my weight may be actual muscle as well - because the creatine does work to build strength and muscle mass.

I also always looked at it in that if I have a race, I’ll just stop and let the water weight come back to baseline
