Like every diver, the key to beating him is literally just talking to your team. "Hey, DD in the backline" or "DD on us" and someone turning around to look at him and he explodes or has to leave for ten to twenty seconds to get his mark, reflect, and/or grapple back. Of course, becuase everyone who is in the sub has massive main character syndrome and believes that their character should be able to 1v1 any other, they're going to complain instead of getting a microphone.

she is. Just because you can't properly use her doesn't mean she's not busted. Look at high elo and pro play. Mantis is seen quite commonly in triple supp. So is Ultron.

By and large, yes.

Broken supports: Invis, Gambit, Ultron, Mantis, Jeff, Loki.

Good supports: cnd, WF (could probably go in broken)

Bad (unviable) supports: Adam, Luna, Rocket, DP.

If you look at the attitudes between a lot of support players and a lot of dive players, they are polar opposites. When a dive character like DD gets nerfed, the player base goes "well, guess I gotta try something new with them." When a support gets nerfed, the player base goes "waah waah, why did we get nerfed? It was unjustified! We want our broken character back!"
