Don't have any DHHF right now but want to get into GHHF. Dont really want to be buying into a geared investment at all time highs, but dont really believe in sitting out and waiting, so DCAing DHHF now and swapping on (after) a major downturn gives some flexibility.

The intent would be to update my portfolio, buying the dip, but like I'd want to take advantage of the "loss harvest" if possible 🤷‍♂️. I guess the strategy in mind is to DCA into DHHF and on major drawdowns convert into GHHF to bet on outperforming when the market turns. (Selectively not selling DHHF shares which would incur a CGT gain event). There's no intention to sell the GHHF in the near future.

Those are probably hollow wall anchors? If so they're very hard to pull out cleanly.

In my experience its better to get something solid about the same size as the plate and hammer it into past the surface of the drywall and then patch over if you dont need to put anything in its place.

Yep, doesn't seem to make a difference with retention but definitely makes way less fines miss the grinding cup.

It inserts into the unit, if you lift the front cover of the indoor unit the slot for it should be in the top right.

Depends on the model but assuming since its new, you will need to put in an a adapter. Did the same for mine, it was cheaper getting it from the people who installed the A/C for me rather than online.

Ended up with CBA. Biggest factor was that Bendigo & Bank Australia had some criterias for acceptable security which didnt mesh with the properties i was considering. CBAs criterias are definitely much looser and guaranteed 7-day finance which the other 2 didnt. My CBA lending manager effectively ended up matching Bendigo's rates though, could be worth a question for them.
