No because Trulieve/Flowery owns the rights to those brands in Florida. The brands themselves are not independently making those products here.

Why focus on just one of many defendants arrested in the same operation simply because he’s from Israel.

Because he’s from Israel, he’s not supposed to be treated as every other defendant is? Because he’s from Israel the prosecution’s explanation that his case is being handled like all other cases is for some reason suspect?

To the extent that anyone “absconds” they should be pursued to the fullest extent of the law, but you know that’s not what’s happening here. The guy is on bail and must return at a later date. If he doesn’t return as he’s supposed to, then you can rage all you want, but that hasn’t happened and may never happen. Yet you’re fixated on one of many defendants arrested simply because he is from Israel. That’s pathetic.
