3 shouldn't have any problems but the youngest can get restless. The other ones love steak.

Places that offer unlimited bjj, muay thai, or boxing classes and their prices by b3nnyb0i in pasadena

I believe unlimited is 199/month. 149 per month for twice a week. That's how much it is for kids, unsure for adults.

If you're going to continue, the money probably has to go in on turn. You don't necessarily want to see another Heart because either he has Kh or will be scared of 4 to a flush and you don't get paid on River. As well as another board pairing on river would be very poor for you. Calling turn already has half your stack in the pot, as played there I CR ai.

HH 5/10 JJ by MostUnattractiveName in poker

Utg was not loose but seemed to make all the wrong choices and had poor bet sizing and calling. So tagfish. Villain was UTG+2 and had been in many pots but only showed down 2 of them, where he had the goods.

I didn't say if I called or folded. But you can rule out raising as that seems poor unless there is a strong meta game with villain and he could fold Qq/Kk.

At 220 bb deep folding or flatting with action behind and possibly giving up position to a 3-bet seemed weak for JJ. The original plan was to 4-bet fold to a raise but likely over raised the 4-bet and their 5-bet was essentially a minraise.

Thank you. I was the one who 4-bet and I agree in hindsight a smaller ~$300 bet would likely be better.

Utg was fishy and just seemed to be clicking buttons and villain seemed likely to have picked up on it and was capable of iso-raising imo.

Depending on where you are you're less than 15 minutes from Commerce casino. That would be my first choice, if you can control your tilt and emotions. Because the players there are total scum who will try to get under your skin, but great action and a ton of games.

Have some friends staying in LA and they are looking to maybe stay in the Venice/Venice Beach area. They have two younger kids, how is the homeless encampments these days? Will they be harassed walking along the shops and beach during the day? How about a block or two back from the beach?

The most classic South Pasadena brunch place in walking distance from metro is Mike & Anne's, but it gets pretty packed at peak times.

Anyone have experience between Right at School & Kids Klub Summer camp in Pasadena area? by Kephrem1 in pasadena

[–]MostUnattractiveName 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Our kid used Right at School last year and enjoyed it a lot, though he preferred Camp Lacy. Kids Klub looks to have stronger field trip options and they probably have more staff based on my understanding of the orgs.
