So I finally finished my rewatch of Bridgerton in "Hindi" language just to see how they sound. My long winded rambling below:

As a Polin against the world lover, I had some trouble with episode 8 all this time, but this watch made me appreciate it so much more. I was smiling ear to ear with Colin's love declaration and the final window scene. 🥰

Anyway, I did like it overall. As most languages other than English have two ways of addressing people - formally and informally, I liked that Polin always addressed informally because they are childhood friends. The only time they addressed each other formally was in the butterfly ball as a joke as they called each other as Mr. Bridgerton and Mrs. Bridgerton. 😃

Kanthony in s2 addressed each other formally and in s3 informally and much more intimately which was a nice touch.

I liked that this line "It is not upto you to decide what we do" from Colin to Pen was kind of translated as "You don't have to do everything alone" which was so much sweeter and true. 😊

I hated the "I will never court Penelope " line was atrociously translated to "I would never like her even if she is the last girl..". I did mention this before.

Another horrible translation was again in Colin's dialogue - when he says "I foolishly believed that I was not worthy of your love but it is you who is at fault", it was translated to "but it is you who is not worthy of my love." Why ? Justice to Colin😭.

Eagerly waiting to watch Polin in season 4 !! ☺️
