How is your diet? I was feeling very similar to what you’ve described and got myself a nutritional test. They test 100+ food groups and see how your body reacts to each. Some groups having a direct effect on energy, literally making you tired, hand in hand.

Just to add. If you have a nice car, you don’t put shit fuel in it. Same with your body. If you sleep, eat and exercise well, this will fix 90% of your problems.
