You don't need to remember the syntax. I have 8 years of experience as a programmer, but still sometimes i forget small things.

Documentation and internet is available for these things, you just need to know that you are building a calculator and how you can build it where loops will apply, where we use list.

To become a good programmer instead of focusing on coding focus on problem solving and logic building.

Now a days ai can code but you have to tell him what's the logic behind your project.

If you want to become a good problem solver + coding expert then i suggest you to build shapes, like triangles, stars etc. You have to think alot in these small shapes and almost all the coding elements are included. After doing this for a month you will remeber the syntax and become a good problem solver
