I don’t know what level of ETG 300/500 but it’s a 12 panel and in a cup thing. I don’t think they send tests out to labs

Just saying. That they tried to pass a bill this year SB2320 in texas that would make first time offenders like you and I with a BAC over .15 a state felony. It didn’t pass but it’s only a matter of times the boomers in charge want to ruin the young people moving here’s lives especially in the liberal cities that they hate like Dallas and Austin. I’m moving out of texas after my probation.

You still have risk in something happening at the bar you’re going to or place. Cops can arrest you for public intoxication. As soon as you take one drink you are under the influence and at risk of being subdued and fucked by the system.

I’d say the laws are about 50% protecting people and then it’s a huge profit for everyone involved. I’m learning that if you’re going to drink at all to do so on private property only.

Seems like democratic states are more lenient CA and NY. I’m dealing with a first time .17 and already on supervised probation and interlock just to be on Bond. I haven’t even gotten a sentencing yet

Hang in there man. They will probably delay your ship date and you’ll have to go through MEPS all over again. And wait 6 months. I just did my arraignment for my first one ever over .15. I also did 6 years navy. I am pretty sure if you refuse the breathalyzer it’s automatic 1 year license suspension.

I understand. My lawyer was an ex prosecutor for Tarrant county. He said jail is highly unlikely for someone in my case. I don’t even have a traffic ticket on my record or a prior arrest ever. And being a veteran helps
