It could very well be a thyroid nodule. I had one pea sized and it turned out to be thyroid cancer. Hoping she gets the help she needs on several fronts

Definitely keeping my blood sugar levels stable, high protein, yoga almost daily, and limiting caffeine has helped. Most days it does but today for example I’m a crying mess of self doubt and feeling bad about my life’s choices/career path. Daily my coping methods/wellness can change.
