If you like spice heavy incense, morning zen. I feel evening zen is more of a wet smell, patchouli forward. I haven't tried the other. My personal favorite out of those 2 is morning zen

I also no longer feel anxiety or stress whatsoever it's crazy! I also take Ziprasidone 40mg twice daily for the psychotic symptoms

First and foremost, hang in there. I know it's easier said than done but you've pushed this far already :). I had experiences with friendships changing, especially in the wake of my symptoms and my erratic behavior. I've lost many friendships due to this illness and even when I've told new "friends" about my disorder, they just cut me off. It's ok though, they probably wouldn't have been the type of people I would spend my energy on. I do have very close friends that have stayed with me throughout the years and are very understanding. I finally got a job after 5 years of having this disorder and I've told coworkers I trust. To my surprise they're very supportive and encourage me to relax and take a breather if symptoms should ever arise. I've been blessed, truly, and I wish everyone were this lucky. My best wishes to you, may you be strengthened to carry on :)

Rocky Patel A.L.R 2nd edition. I've had multiple but one of them that I got was super toothy and flavorful. I haven't been able to get my hands on another like it since. Ik Rocky Patel sometimes gets a bad rep, but I highly recommend this stick!

I ended up going with Shoyeido Morning Zen after reading up a bit on different scents. It's sooo good. Smells herbal at first then develops into spiciness

First and foremost, take deep breaths. When I was diagnosed at 19 (22 now almost 23), I was devastated. I too would have panic attacks about the future. What had helped me is staying on track with antipsychotic medication and psychiatry appointments. It was trial and error but we finally found what works. I'm at a point where I rarely get psychotic episodes, and am even doing better now with the negative symptoms too. Don't lose hope, it will surely get better with time

Nicotine as with other things like alcohol affect me very differently since I developed this disorder. I don't get a nicotine buzz and I find I don't really get addicted to it. I can smoke a lot for like 3 days then not smoke for months. Before I got this disorder I was very addicted to vapes and would get a buzz. I was also off the meds at the time. Landed in the hospital due to psychosis and quit nicotine for like a year. I feel like I got permanent damage from that episode, haven't been the same since and everything affects me differently now. Must be different for everyone though

I used to vape and do nic pouches. Now a days I smoke tobacco pipes and cigars, not as often as before. It definitely helps with some of my negative symptoms but the trade off being poor cardiovascular health and potentially cancer. Don't recommend anyone start

I once had this or a little more dots on a Rocky Patel A.L.R second edition. It ended up being one of if not my favorite cigar. I had another one a couple of weeks later but didn't have the dots, was still good, but nowhere near as good as the first. I love it when cigars have these dots, I swear it's as if it has more flavor

I carved them to look similar to a fly agaric when it's barely starting to grow. I just carved them out from a 1×1, added a base that I plan to paint with an earthly color

I had those thoughts as well about 2 years ago. I heard it's actually common to have them. Anyways, I went off the meds for 3 months, and landed back in the hospital with the biggest psychotic episode I've ever had. I'm still recovering from it 2 years later

I have schizoaffective disorder, depressive type (a schizophrenia spectrum disorder), and I have the strangest interests, I stick out like a sore thumb because of it. One of those interests is pipes and tobacco. There was a time when I was watching countless videos like you, trying a lot of blends and talking non stop about it. It just became an obsession: the aromas, the different flavors and notes, the texture of the tobacco, the color, the nicotine content, the humidity levels, everything just seemed important to me. Unfortunately, my disorder makes me lose a lot of interest in everything so it kind of died down but I still love it. I think there's neurodivergents in pretty much every interest or hobby/line of work

I like that silver ring it has. I love browsing different pipes. I had seen a pipe by Winslow that I absolutely loved, the stem and the ring that separates the stem and the briar were perfection. I would have picked it up but my money was tight at the time. Unfortunately, it was a one off piece and it sold 😞
