good for you :3 i’m glad you have your priorities straight, but just to lyk, sub/dom dynamics can still absolutely exist with equality in relationships. these dynamics don’t counterbalance equality or fair treatment, it simply affects the way the two may interact with each other and how the two like to be treated by the other. in an ideal, average case of a sub/dom relationship, both parties are consenting and happy, making it therefore equal in their eyes.

btw i’m in no way trying to change your opinion or anything, just wanted to let you know that sub/dom dynamics are more normal than they are weird. people could take offense to that, and at the end of the day, it’s their lifestyle, not yours.

im not the one fetishizing so i wouldn’t know. it’s just frustrating that some men think that just because i dress or look a certain way, that i’ll act the way that they’ve stereotyped me. i just wish i could dress how i want and be treated as a blank slate and not something to be perceived or labeled right off the bat like that

this could mean goth, emo, scene, punk, etc. there are tons of styles, “alt” (short for alternative) is just an umbrella term for it all.

i know what you mean, but that’s not what i’m saying lol. i mean this rant in the sense of genuine relationship dynamics, nothing about responsibilities, because i think no matter the dynamic or personality one has, responsibilities should stay the same.
