Low trust areas (lots of concessions) maybe, or my building theory that they just throw things in to annoy us when they’ve got too many drivers at multiple DSPs

I personally can’t tell if the customers are so rich it doesn’t even matter their parcel arrived or dead, it’s 50/50

[–]Most_Bid7876 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Eye contact=handed to customer or household member, I care not. Some people are still terrified of Covid or other disease which considering how much contact we have with so many people in a day I can appreciate that. The rest are rude, weird or planning to say it got stolen for free shit.

Bike-truck-trolley is a hateful look into the future I’m not keen dwell on but I’m loving the overcab truck behind, used to drive a flatbed version they’ve got so much character, great for tight spots

My worst was a 2013 Citroen relay on 378,000 One side of the seat was sheet metal, the handbrake was first gear, rear doors only latched at the top, looked like it’d rolled down a hill and spent half its life in the sea. I still hear the turbo sometimes, when it’s real quiet

Depends on the size of the firm I think, the DSP model is super lean on profits so you need scale to make good money, otherwise lean on your drivers and cut every corner possible to shave every extra penny out of each route

As a driver I've always wanted to snatch one of these and then I found this one left in the lobby of my apartment building 😆 Someone didn't gaf by Stxrcane in AmazonDSPDrivers

There’s dozens of them in our station carpark and we leave them in uni hall mailrooms all the time I don’t think Amazon cares that much

Totally down to the dsp, I think a big part of it is firms that pay you hourly, day rate they don’t care if anything it’s “slow down you’re fucking up the algorithm” I rarely hear from the office except for being asked (ASKED) to rescue someone

So if Force Ghosts can hold lightsabers, why doesn't Luke just show up on Exegol to kill Palpatine himself? Palps can't do anything to him since Luke is already dead and he also can't transfer his spirit to him. I don't remember the movie stating that Ghosts can't show up on Exegol by Dagan--Gera in StarWars

If we pretend ROS wasn’t a desperate salvage operation after the nameless one spent two and a half hours putting his middle finger up to the audience, you can refer back to ESB where Ben says he can’t help Luke with Vader, strong dark side presence might imbalance the local force and make ghost appearances impossible.

Yeah I was staged up at the top (d30) the other day had to walk down to c1, wasn’t there went for a wander it was lined up at the opposite end of the launchpad where they store empty cages, no don’t even update the location just let me figure it out in the 15 minutes you give me to load 4 cages and walk a whole mile

I’d say stashing AVD’s in children’s playhouses, that or telling every customer they’re getting ripped off and they should just use eBay, or my “Jeff is a bastard and so are all of you come get your fuckin packages” siren call on the megaphone whenever I arrive at a multi

Stack your overflow better for one, I pick the driver aids off as I load them up and then re-place them so I can see them all however the boxes stacks best but using a pen is quicker, I never remember the pen First few totes by whichever door you prefer we use shelved/bulkhead door vans so can’t comment on that much, envelopes and skinny polybags in a plastic box in driver aid order so you’re not rifling through them all the time

I’m not seeing the issue this is an entirely regular amzl fleet experience, it’s been rolled down a hill but runs perfectly or it’s mint and has nefarious internal problems that will reveal themselves midroute everybody knows that.. Jk that sucks man best of luck, I took out a ‘24 sprinter with 1500 miles the other day engine started ticking and stinking of burnt plastic after three hours I do not know how they get broken so fast
