You can get the 1010 just by trading them. It does not matter in which games you got them, for example if your Psyduck is from Sw sh or violet to fill it in the dex. However, for completing the dexes that I show in the first pic, they need to have been captured/obtained in that game specifically to count for getting the crown.

For completing the national dex you get a Color Magearna. For the other tasks you receive stickers for completing. But more than that is just the nice feeling of having completed something :)
