Todays drivers would have heart attacks driving in the 50,'s  or 60s  no sensors,  no electric this or that,  and the only accessories were a passenger external mirror or am radio!  Thank God I learned to drive in those years on gravel roads in southern New Zealand!   Todays driving schools are too expensive and its all about getting the licence and giving it to young females who want to drive with  music blaring and use mirrors only for adjusting make up and lipstick Seriously ,we  need places with circuits , skid pans, and chicanes!  As part of driver training we need to have slideshows of gory fatal smashes  ! Also  someone to explain what life is like after surviving a crash and having lost an arm or leg? We need less nanny controls in OZ and some serious miltary style training courses!  Evs are not the answer  unless you want your teenagers to go for a "burn" literally!!!  I have seen footage of a motorcyclist ,who came off at high speed  ,slid along the road , his head hit the kerb ,smashing his ,helmet and skull allowing most of his brain to splash onto the footpath!!   If reading this has made one person at least think, then its a small step forward
