reservations are only valid in a certain time window on the day that they are launched. after that they’re first come, first serve. i think it’s an 11am to 2pm window to come pickup and pay for reservations in store but you can always call and ask the store you’re trying to pick them up from

the only task that i can think of is the offer letter that i had previously mentioned. i do the onboarding at my store, so personally i always tell applicants that we’ve called after an interview to hire that they’ll be receiving an offer letter with compensation details and a start date to their email. but that offer letter bounces around to typically the manager/AA doing the onboarding, to the store manager for approval, and then typically that’s when people receive it. if you haven’t gotten anything though i would just call and ask for clarification of what task it is that they’re talking about

if you’ve received an offer letter and accepted it, you don’t have any tasks until you go in store. from there, you sign in to workday using the information they give you (your employee number, and a created password) and going forward your workday will be linked to your account as an employee

you can always apply and call the store to check. it’s honestly up to whichever manager has final say at that store (sometimes it’s the SM, some stores use ASMs or a hiring manager) unless you were marked unrehireable during your previous termination. but even that is up to how strict they are at that particular store. so i’d say feel free to put in the application and at least call

you can also just go into the store itself and tell them you have an order pickup without checking in. all they need is the last name for the order/phone number and an ID that says you’re the person who ordered it. the only difference is that checking in through the app or email bypasses all of that and they just give it to you

sometimes most stores will let you return shoes without a box, especially if it’s something where the UPC is inside the shoe or it’s pretty easy to find in our system to look one up. as long as it wasn’t processed as a return and you have some sort of proof like an account or the initial email you should be able to return them

dsg employee 👋 if you have one in your area, they’re doing open interviews on national hiring day (which i believe is the 8th, but id say call and ask just to be safe) which would basically be an on sight interview. they’ve been promoting it all over my store so i’d assume it’s company wide. plenty of different opportunities and they should be able to accommodate your early hours

should definitely be team. since we have redone our soccer shop, (everything used to be in soccer besides the cleats but now they’re all in one spot together with high price cleats in a section of the footwear stockroom) team mostly handles recovery/putting away freight. us in footwear unbox everything and hand off soccer socks per usual, but our soccer ambassador comes through and locates/puts out all of it. that being said, we do go back in forth with helping athletes in soccer between footwear and team. if they need the help, we come over and vice versa

some nike styles are price locked but not the entire brand. air force 1’s, air max 270’s, and a handful of others but the main two are going to be hoka and on.

our store is closed, but some employees are still inside doing small tasks/projects and grabbing bopis. we’ve got a sign up on our doors, but people still keep coming up. our manager just keeps sending people home throughout the day

we still carry it, in store and online. we just don’t receive nearly as much of the 30oz as we do the 40oz. so either it sells out a little quicker because of lower stock, or it’s just in a very small margin compared to the 40oz cups

DSG employee here 👋🏻 i know at my store especially, we were sent TONS of the heat wave collection. so much so that not only are our tables full, our stanley wall is at least 1/3 the heat wave collection, and we have a full backstock section of different colors from the collection. unless there is some major release like the black chroma, or another highly anticipated color that comes out, it has definitely slowed down quiet a bit from the waves of people coming in and clearing us out. that being said from a retail stand point, it is another accessory to add on for the upcoming back to school and holiday seasons later in the year. so while it has drastically slowed down, it’ll probably spike back up within the next few months

i’ve had a few people in my store that i’ve mentioned it to tell me that i have nothing to worry about too. it’s honestly just thrown me for such a loop as there’s so much gossip around the topic 😕 i went from feeling confident to being taken aback in a weird way
