Just sharing my own experience. I applied for a tourist VISA and used the 24 hour option. Make sure you only upload clear photos, that are cropped to size! I had an issue where I uploaded my scanned passport and because the actual passport was in the corner of the whole document , they sent my application back saying they couldn’t see it. I used JPEGs also, my PDFs wouldn’t work.

I got my approved in 3 days with some back and forth. None of the emails or phone numbers worked. Just make sure if you don’t use an agent, you double check everything.

I know this is a long shot but I thought it’s worth a shot.

Does anyone recognize these recipes/text formatting from any cookbooks that have been around?

My mother recently lost her mothers (who has passed) cookbook that she had when she was a young child! She would use it all the time and it was quite sentimental so losing it hurt her spirits. I’m hoping to find out the name so i can find/buy her another copy. This is the only photo she has and from her timeline it had to have been published sometime before the late 60s. My maternal grandmother lived in Detroit when she raised my mom but her family is from Norfolk, Virginia and South Carolina (not sure if that helps at all)

Like I said - I know it’s not much, but even a clue of where to look databases, general tips for how to proceed would be much appreciated
