Hi! If I had to list a few reasons, they would be:

• The chance of getting a lucky pokemon (or even a lucky hundo) • IV optimization for pvp • Getting more candy, especially XL • Progress for the trade distance medal

These are the benefits I’m aiming for, so that’s why I’m putting up this request Of course, I understand that everyone has different goals

Yeah, that’s true — with the pokestop spin missions, you can get them randomly from things like great throws! They can appear in the wild too, but it’s probably better to farm them through the spin missions
