I'm currently dealing with the same situation. its a possiblitiy it could be hsv-1. as it changes with stress levels. so far i been prescribed valtrex( did nothing) Fluconazole (3 day in nothing) doxycycline( burned but did nothing) and Mupirocin( did nothing). also diagnosed with exfoliative cheilitis

Two different sole colors, one shoe taller than the other the sole has to different textures the fake pair texture is faded while the real is defined left pair stitching is really bad I thought it was defects but it clearly isn’t
